Job Description
Anew Climate is seeking a team-oriented individual to analyze supply and demand data in greenhouse gas and low carbon fuels markets, support market research and strategy development, and communicate insights to clients and internal teams, contributing to the company's efforts in promoting sustainability and decarbonization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply and demand data for greenhouse gas and low carbon fuels markets and present findings
- Communicate market insights and Anew Climate's solutions to internal and external audiences
- Research and identify new opportunities within existing and emerging markets
- Assist in developing go-to-market strategies with team members
- Prepare client-facing materials and support contract administration
- Provide analytical support for projects and initiatives to inform corporate strategy
- Research and report on carbon offset protocols and emerging credit generation opportunities
- Collaborate with operations, accounting, legal, and leadership teams to support internal reporting and financial projections
Requirements
- Working on Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or relevant field
- Demonstrated analytical process thinking and problem solving prior professional experience, internships and or collegiate research a plus
- Successful project task management track record
- Attention to detail is a must
- Strong skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to communicate analytical data and technical information into layman’s terms
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Houston area for the duration of the internship
