Job Description

We're looking for a collaborative communications professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoys building relationships as much as creating impactful content.

As a Public Engagement Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping people understand how transmission infrastructure supports economic growth, reliability, and the energy future of the communities we serve.
This is more than a communications role. It's an opportunity to influence public understanding, build stakeholder trust, and help advance critical infrastructure projects that power homes, businesses, and communities across our region.
ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace. We trust our employees to get work done where and when it makes sense, depending on the schedule for the day and the needs of the business. However, this role is not 100% remote and would require relocation to Wisconsin.
As ATC's Public Engagement Program Manager, you'll lead integrated communication and stakeholder engagement strategies that strengthen ATC's reputation, establish social media followership and engagement, support transmission infrastructure initiatives, and foster meaningful dialogue with diverse audiences.
