Requirements
- Current, active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph
- 5+ years of experience in a Security Specialist, Security Manager, or equivalent role requiring interpretation and implementation of physical security and operational security requirements in a government or cleared-facility environment
- 5+ years of experience with physical security best practices including security system application, investigation techniques, contract guard management, and incident management
- Experience with access control (e.g., Lenel), intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems
- Knowledge of ICD, NISPOM, and NIST standards related to classified facility security and accreditation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a security-related field
- Experience with project ownership, timeline communication, and independent execution
- ASIS CPP, PSP, PMP, or other related professional certifications
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication

- The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
