Key Responsibilities
- Are you passionate about helping build the workforce that powers America's renewable energy future? Premier PV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition Lead in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent across our manufacturing operations.
- In this role, you will play a critical part in recruiting both hourly production employees and salaried professionals who contribute to the success of our solar module manufacturing facility. You will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and the Talent Acquisition Lead to execute recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has experience supporting high-volume recruiting while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate engagement.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of recruiting and talent acquisition best practices.
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, technical, or operations recruiting experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant recruiting experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources experience preferred.
- Experience supporting both hourly and salaried recruiting is strongly preferred.
- Manufacturing, industrial, production, engineering, technical, or operations hiring experience preferred.
