Job Description
The position involves testing and verifying software and hardware products in an Agile environment, including creating test plans, conducting regression tests, and supporting quality assurance processes to ensure product functionality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Agile QA testing for bugs and stories completed by the development team
- Perform regression tests on software applications
- Create and execute test plans based on software acceptance criteria
- Evaluate software and firmware applications for feature deviations from test plans
- Recommend updates, fixes, and improvements to existing test plans
- Configure and monitor long-term and integration tests
Requirements
- High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
- Familiarity with web applications and web terminology
- Reasonable degree of technical literacy
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and perform all job duties
- Ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities of the role
- Ability to conduct Agile QA for bugs and stories completed by the development team
- Ability to conduct regression tests against software applications
- Ability to participate in Agile sprint planning and execution
- Ability to create and execute test plans based on software acceptance criteria
- Ability to evaluate software and firmware applications for feature deviations from existing test plans
- Ability to recommend updates, fixes, and improvements to existing test plans as needed to ensure accuracy
- Ability to configure and monitor long-term and integration tests
- Willingness to work from the office 4 days a week
- Willingness to work in a casual dress environment where jeans are welcome
