Job Description
A Software Engineer in Test responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks across multiple platforms, utilizing modern testing methodologies and AI-assisted tools to ensure high-quality software delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools across multiple application platforms (Mobile, Desktop, Web).
- Create and execute test cases based on project documents, customer demands, and product objectives.
- Generate detailed bug reports and handle technical communications with customers.
- Analyze software systems and collaborate with other teams to improve overall design.
- Evaluate and evolve testing methodologies, including AI-assisted techniques, to improve test coverage and quality.
- Manage the final quality assurance process for production releases.
- Review code written by others to ensure compliance with standards.
- Leverage AI-assisted development and testing tools to accelerate testing and defect identification.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI-driven automation capabilities to enhance testing efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience with one of the following programming languages - Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Go, C.
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude Code.
- Ability to set up, maintain, and perform test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, including Mobile, Desktop, and Web, and build test scenarios and acceptance tests.
- Experience with build and deployment tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, Gradle, or Maven.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and practices.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong quality ethic and test-first attitude.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.
- Ability to understand project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.

- Experience reviewing code written by others to determine if it meets company, departmental, and team standards.
- Experience evaluating and integrating emerging AI-driven automation capabilities to enhance test efficiency and product quality.
- Ability to analyze software systems and coordinate with other teams to enhance overall design.
- Experience managing final quality on production releases.
