Job Description

A Senior Software Engineer focused on AI enablement, responsible for integrating next-generation AI technologies into the company's products and workflows, leading innovative development efforts, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption of Agentic AI practices across the organization using tools like Copilot.
  • Develop robust features and products by integrating AI-driven processes with full-stack development.
  • Solve large-scale, complex problems using AI-first methodologies and lead experiments to create repeatable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools and workflows into existing systems.
  • Work across diverse platforms and technologies, including IoT, SaaS, and agent-based solutions.
  • Contribute to backend services, websites, and databases, and lead the development of scalable, high-availability services using AI workflows.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and establish reusable frameworks, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience
  • Experience coding with autonomous agents, AI copilots, or working with AI-assisted coding tools such as Copilot
  • Strong skills in full-stack engineering, including backend services, websites, external-facing APIs, and databases
  • Experience with modern programming languages and paradigms such as Python, C++, JavaScript, and working with distributed systems and event streaming platforms like Kafka
  • Experience working with IoT devices, SaaS technologies, and agent-based solutions
  • Ability to lead the adoption of Agentic AI practices across the organization, leveraging tools like Copilot and similar technologies
  • Proven ability to implement robust features and products by combining AI-driven processes with traditional full-stack development
  • Capability to tackle large-scale, complex challenges using AI-first methodologies, creativity, and ambition, including leading experiments to convert solutions into repeatable processes
  • Experience collaborating closely with device engineers, business partners, and other engineering teams to integrate AI tools and workflows seamlessly into existing ecosystems
  • Hands-on contribution and mentorship in backend services, websites, and databases, including leading the creation of scalable, high-throughput, high-availability services using AI-enabled workflows
  • Ability to investigate emerging AI technologies and define reusable frameworks, processes, and best practices for organizational scaling and impact
  • Strong technical acumen in modern programming languages and distributed systems, including event streaming platforms such as Kafka
  • Experience working across diverse platforms and technologies, including IoT, SaaS, and agent-based solutions
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, ownership, and drive to deliver impactful solutions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively across diverse technical and non-technical teams
  • A builder mentality focused on creating, iterating, and scaling solutions with urgency and impact
  • Bias for action, balancing speed with measurable outcomes, and acting fearlessly without waiting for perfect information
