Job Description
The RMA Technician is responsible for repairing, testing, and troubleshooting OpenEye video security products, ensuring quality and functionality before return or credit. The role involves technical problem-solving and communication with management to maintain product standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair, test, and troubleshoot OpenEye products sent in for repair and credit
- Communicate with the RMA Manager about work requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training in repairing, testing, and troubleshooting electronic products
- Knowledge and determination to create innovative ideas to help promote a positive work environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 19.00 - 21.00 USD per hour
Work schedule: Paid vacation (15 days per year, increasing after year 3), Paid sick wellness time (1 hour for every 35 hours worked), 9 paid holidays per year
