Job Description

The International Supply Chain Fulfillment Coordinator at Alarm.com manages global order processing, logistics coordination, and inventory forecasting to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, while collaborating with international partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders across systems, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation
  • Review incoming orders for accuracy, contract compliance, and business guidelines
  • Enter order, routing, and financial data into ERP and other systems for shipping and quality control
  • Coordinate outbound shipments with logistics providers and ensure timely order picking and packing
  • Resolve order processing and invoicing issues, escalating when necessary
  • Maintain quality control and validation of completed work
  • Track and report daily metrics related to order fulfillment
  • Support inventory forecasting and purchasing for global partners
  • Collaborate with international suppliers, product managers, and marketing on product availability and delivery timelines
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance customer experience
  • Work with suppliers and distribution centers to ensure hardware order fulfillment and provide on-site guidance when needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in order management, logistics, ERP systems, or supply chain operations
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office
  • Familiarity with MicroStrategy is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with global stakeholders
  • Ability to work outside standard business hours to support overseas partners
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • English proficiency at the level of TOEIC score of 850
  • Professional Chinese language skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
