The Human Resource Business Partner supports engineering teams by providing strategic HR guidance, managing employee relations, performance management, and organizational development to enhance the employee experience and align HR initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with management to develop and implement people strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with employees and managers to understand business needs and challenges.
Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational growth.
Guide managers through complex employee relations issues, including investigations and performance improvement plans.
Collaborate with HR teams to support recruiting, learning and development, compensation, legal, and HR operations initiatives.
Support and coach management and employees to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
5 years of progressive experience in a HR Business Partner role.
Proven employee relations experience and guidance, with the ability to manage delicate situations with fairness and appropriate outcomes.
Strong client-service focus and ability to build and manage relationships across different levels and functions.
Ability to support and guide management in areas such as performance management, employee relations, leadership development, coaching, and organizational growth.
Experience guiding managers through complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance improvement plans.
Ability to exercise strict confidentiality and sound judgment, demonstrating a high level of integrity.
Ability to balance multiple time-sensitive deliverables and effectively prioritize, organize, and manage time.
Experience learning and thriving in a changing environment.
