Job Description
The DVR Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, building, and maintaining DVR systems, providing technical support, and ensuring high-quality service in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for DVRs
- Build and assemble DVRs and PCs in a timely manner
- Participate in training activities to improve skills
- Provide high-quality customer service to meet service goals
- Assist QC teammates with general support tasks
Requirements
- High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
- Minimum of 1 years related experience and/or training in troubleshooting DVRs and building DVRs and PCs
- Ability to successfully work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge and determination to create innovative ideas to help promote a positive work environment
- More than 75% of the time must be able to lift, pull, push, and carry up to 50 pounds

Compensation/salary range: 18.50 - 20.50 USD per hour
