The DVR Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, building, and maintaining DVRs and PCs, providing technical support, and ensuring high-quality service to meet customer needs in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot technical problems related to DVRs, including interpretation, analysis, research, and resolution.
Build and assemble a variety of DVRs and PCs in a timely and organized manner.
Provide high-quality customer service to meet service goals.
Assist QC team with general support tasks as needed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
Minimum of 1 years related experience and/or training in troubleshooting DVRs
Ability to successfully work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge and determination to create innovative ideas to help promote a positive work environment
More than 75% of the time must be able to lift, pull, push, and carry up to 50 pounds
