Job Description
Aeva is seeking a Technical Field Applications Engineer to serve as the technical liaison between customers and engineering teams, supporting product evaluations, resolving application challenges, and ensuring a positive customer experience with advanced optical sensing and LiDAR technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical interface between customers and engineering teams.
- Support product evaluations and demonstrate sensor capabilities.
- Solve complex application challenges related to optical sensors, LiDAR, or displacement sensing.
Requirements
- Experience in optical sensors, LiDAR, or displacement sensing
- Ability to serve as the technical interface between customers and engineering teams to support product evaluations and solve complex application challenges
- Strong technical knowledge related to optical sensing technologies and complex systems
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Curiosity about customer applications and the ability to understand and address their technical needs
- Comfortable working with complex systems and cutting-edge sensing technologies
