Job Description
An Engineering Change (EC) Analyst responsible for managing EC workflows, ensuring documentation quality, coordinating product releases, and developing change control processes to support production and procurement in a high-tech sensing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering change workflows and approval processes using TeamCenter
- Coordinate product releases from NPI to production, ensuring documentation quality, accuracy, and completeness
- Ensure component specifications comply with Aeva and industry standards
- Develop and refine change control business processes
- Prepare and package engineering documentation to support procurement and production
Requirements
- Experience with TeamCenter to manage Engineering Change (EC) workflows and approval processes
- Ability to coordinate product releases from New Product Introduction (NPI) to production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and completeness of documentation
- Expertise in business processes and change control related to engineering documentation and product releases
- Knowledge of component specifications to ensure compliance with relevant Aeva and industry standards
- Ability to develop and refine change control business processes for the company
- Experience in shepherding engineering documentation into complete documentation packaging to support procurement and production
