Job Description
A Senior Systems Engineer responsible for the development, maintenance, and compliance of next-generation LiDAR sensor products, ensuring adherence to automotive standards and integrating sensor technology with a focus on safety, cybersecurity, and systems engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems engineering processes for lidar sensor products
- Ensure design and implementation compliance with automotive standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO SAE 21434
- Implement and maintain work products for safety, cybersecurity, and functional safety compliance
- Conduct requirements traceability and robust analysis of system designs
- Apply systems engineering tools and methodologies to sensor technology development
Requirements
- Experience as a Systems Engineer with practical application of detailed systems engineering processes in the development and lifecycle maintenance of sensor products, specifically LiDAR sensors.
- Ability to ensure that design and implementation adhere to stringent automotive standards.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining work products for ASPICE (Automotive Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination).
- Experience in implementing and maintaining work products for Functional Safety ISO 26262 compliance.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining work products for Cybersecurity ISO SAE 21434 compliance.
- Ensuring requirements traceability and conducting robust analysis related to automotive systems standards.
- Experience in sensor technology, particularly LiDAR sensors or similar perception sensors.
- Proficiency with systems engineering tools used in automotive or sensor development projects.
- Strong background in automotive systems standards and compliance requirements.
