Job Description
An experienced PCBA Test Engineer responsible for DFT, debugging, NPI testing, and high-volume production test setup and support for Aeva's LiDAR product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform DFT, debug, and NPI testing for PCBA assemblies.
- Conduct high-volume ICT and FCT production test bring-up for all product lines.
- Troubleshoot and debug test failures to ensure product quality and functionality.
Requirements
- Experience as a PCBA Test Engineer with a focus on DFT (Design for Test), debug, NPI (New Product Introduction) test, and high-volume ICT (In-Circuit Test) and FCT (Functional Circuit Test) production test bring-up for all product lines.
- Proven ability to perform test engineering tasks related to PCBA testing in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of ICT and FCT testing methodologies and processes.
- Experience with debug and troubleshooting of PCBA hardware and test failures.
- Ability to contribute to the development and execution of test plans for new products and production ramp-up.
- Experience working at the intersection of DFT, debug, and production testing for complex electronic assemblies.
