Job Description
A senior manager responsible for leading the Photonics and PCBA Test Engineering team, focusing on designing and implementing automated test stations for silicon photonics components, optical modules, and PCBAs in high-volume manufacturing, as well as developing aligners for Lidar optical modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy highly automated test stations for manufacturing silicon photonics laser components, optical modules, and PCBAs
- Develop aligners used in the manufacturing of LiDAR optical modules
- Lead and manage the Photonics and PCBA Test Engineering team to ensure effective testing processes
Requirements
- Experience in designing and deploying highly automated test stations used in manufacturing lines, including for silicon photonics laser components and assemblies, optical modules, and PCBAs.
- Development of aligners used in the manufacturing of Lidar optical modules.
- Strong background in optics photonics.
- Experience in automation for high volume manufacturing.
