Key Responsibilities
Design and automate photonic layouts for LiDAR components
Develop and optimize photonic design processes and tools

Requirements
Expertise in Photonic layout and design automation with a strong background in photonics engineering.
Experience in designing and automating photonic layouts for integrated photonics components, preferably on silicon photonics platforms.
Proficiency in photonic design tools and software used for layout and automation processes.
Ability to develop and implement design automation workflows for photonic integrated circuits.
Knowledge of LiDAR component integration and the ability to design photonic components suitable for LiDAR applications.
Experience working within a core engineering team on photonic device development and integration.
Strong understanding of photonic device physics, fabrication processes, and design constraints.
Demonstrated ability to optimize photonic designs for performance, manufacturability, and integration requirements.
