Operations Program Manager

• Bring up Lidar assembly line from RFQ phase to mass production. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain to define project scopes and objectives. • Define and manage manufacturing project schedule from NPI through mass production ramp. • Ensure resources requirements are defined and resources assigned to ensure project success. • Analyze CM bring up schedules to identify critical path, identify disconnects or gaps in execution, and drive closure plans to ensure execution to milestones. • Collaborate with product engineering, test engineering and technology partners in achieving deliverables required by operations. • Manage operations functional teams closure on Product Lifecycle (PLC) deliverables. • Function as key liaison to contract manufacturer. • Communicate program changes to contract manufacturers. • Prepare roadmap and capacity plans for product ramp and next-gen NPI.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Optical engineering, or related field) or equivalent practical experience. • Prior experience with Jira and Confluence. • Experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project or equivalent. • 5 years Automotive project management experience. • Experience with Engineering Change Orders and Product LifeCycle management. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing / technical operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Prior experience with LiDAR systems • TeamCenter experience
