Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Construction or related field, OR Associates degree with 2 years of related business or technical/project management experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years' of related business or technical/project management experience.
Minimum of 2 years business experience which includes work in one or more of these areas: project estimating, project controls, construction field experience, and/or comparable external experience in addition to any educational experience identified above.
Preferred certification aligned with project management discipline.
PMP for traditional waterfall project managers
PSM (Scrum.org) or CSM (ScrumAlliance) for Agile Scrum
Experience with some project types (e.g., in-house development, vendor, construction)
Promotes continuous improvement within the project team
Communicate effectively with peers, business partners, and lower-level management
