Job Summary
The Technology User Experience Designer researches, explores, and prototypes digital experiences that make it easier and more effective for customers and employees to accomplish their goals. The role emphasizes user research, discovery, experience planning, user flows and experience concepts, prototyping, and usability testing, using human-centered design to move from understanding a problem to exploring and validating potential solutions.
Working with business and Technology partners, the UX Designer helps translate user needs and research insights into intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences, including AI-enabled experiences that support customer and employee transformation. Under limited guidance, the UX Designer performs intermediate UX research and design activities while continuing to develop skills and contribute to increasingly complex initiatives.
