Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resilience Policy and Training, Exercise and Evaluation Standard expectations; HSEEP methodology, adult learning principles, ICS, NIMS, exercise documentation, corrective-action tracking, instructional design, training facilitation, learning evaluation, virtual facilitation platforms, learning management systems, exercise management tools, and change management concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Risk Management, Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience.
- 0-1 year of experience in exercise support, training delivery, emergency management, business continuity, operational resilience, incident management, enterprise preparedness, instructional design, facilitation, evaluation, improvement planning, or related disciplines, including experience supporting exercise documentation, training logistics, records maintenance, and stakeholder coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Risk Management, Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in exercise support, training delivery, emergency management, business continuity, operational resilience, incident management, enterprise preparedness, instructional design, facilitation, evaluation, improvement planning, or related disciplines, including experience supporting exercise documentation, training logistics, corrective-action tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
