Requirements
- ServiceNow/CMDB experience; experience supporting recovery tests, audit evidence, dependency documentation, and corrective actions; and certification such as ABCP, CBCP, MBCI, ITIL, CDRE, PMP, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Risk Management, Emergency Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience.
- 4-6+ years in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Technology Resilience, IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, Technology Risk, or related disciplines.
