Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, business continuity, documentation management, and IT service management concepts. Certification is preferred, not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 0-1 year of experience in IT operations, disaster recovery, business continuity, technology resilience, risk management, or related disciplines. Associate degree and minimum of 3 years of related experience; or high school diploma/GED and minimum of 5 years of related experience; or high school diploma/GED with relevant certifications and minimum of 4 years of related experience.
