Requirements
- Basic knowledge of DR/BC principles, ServiceNow/CMDB, documentation management, testing support, and certifications such as ABCP, ITIL, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, IT Operations, Technology Resilience, Infrastructure, Cloud, Technology Risk, or related disciplines. Associate degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience; or high school diploma/GED and minimum of 7 years of related experience; or high school diploma/GED with relevant certifications and minimum of 6 years of related experience.
