Job Description
The Senior Associate Recruiter at Acumen will manage full-cycle recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles, develop sourcing strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to employer branding efforts, all while ensuring compliance and building strong candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Negotiate offers and manage pre-onboarding activities
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and processes
- Post jobs, review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Participate in employer branding efforts
Requirements
- Three to five (3 - 5) years of work experience in recruiting or related roles.
- Ability to be candid and transparent in communication.
- Ability to get and stay relatively well organized.
- Curiosity about people, skills, and experiences, with an openness to candidates who may surprise and deliver on the role even if they do not fit initial ideas.
- Healthy interpersonal skills, including the ability to truly listen, stay focused on finding solutions, speak directly, communicate needs and barriers, and treat everyone with dignity.
- Ability to take initiative independently and follow through on tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver on deadlines.
- Ability to learn and use software related to recruiting processes.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Self-reflective with alignment to Acumen values.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Benefits & Perks
Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Salary range of $65,000 to $74,000 per year
