Key Responsibilities
Manage a firmware development and validation team for renewable energy products.
Develop, debug, and optimize low-level real-time firmware in C for power electronics applications.
Implement control algorithms and communication protocols for power electronics systems.
Support design reviews, DFMEA activities, and build validation capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop product features.
Write software specifications and maintain project schedules and timelines.
Requirements
7 years of professional firmware development experience, including leading a team
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Expertise in developing firmware for Power Electronics applications
Familiarity with the basics of Power Electronics
Experience in developing, debugging, and implementing low-level real-time and low-latency firmware in C
Experience with embedded systems and communication protocols and their drivers
Ability to develop and implement control algorithms for power electronics products
Ability to debug complex system-level issues and drive solutions
