The Customer Service Representative at Bone Dry Roofing will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive experience for customers by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing efficient responses. Requirements
- The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- The successful candidate will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, schedule appointments, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
- The successful candidate should be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient.
- The position requires onsite work location at the Indianapolis office.
- The work schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
