Job Description
The Manufacturing Process Technician at Diamond Foundry Inc. will work with proprietary plasma reactor technology to produce high-quality diamond wafers, collaborating with a skilled team of technicians and engineers while assisting with both technical and non-technical tasks.
Responsibilities
- •Operate proprietary plasma reactor technology to produce high-quality diamonds
- •Assist the engineering team with technical and non-technical needs
- •Follow safety policies and procedures while using appropriate PPE
- •Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and repetitive motions
Requirements
- •Proven ability to work with less support in a manufacturing process technician role.
- •Experience working directly with proprietary plasma reactor technology to produce high-quality diamonds.
- •Ability to assist the engineering team with technical and non-technical needs.
- •Use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- •Physical requirements include: sitting, standing for long periods, walking, grasping, reaching with hands and arms, lifting below and above shoulders, bending, twisting at the waist, climbing, balancing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, talking, hearing, seeing, using fine finger manipulation, and completing repetitive motions.
- •Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs.
- •Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls.
- •Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- •Authorization to work in the U.S. as confirmed by E-Verify.
