Job Description
The Director of Data Management Analytics at Blueland will lead the development and execution of the company's data strategy, ensuring data accuracy and governance while providing insights for business decisions. This role involves collaborating across teams to enhance data infrastructure and promote a data-driven culture.
Responsibilities

- •Elevate reporting capabilities
- •Enable a data-driven culture
Requirements
- •Proven experience in data management analytics, with a focus on developing and executing company-wide data strategies.
- •Demonstrated ability to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of data across systems.
- •Experience in delivering insights that inform key business decisions.
- •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to evolve data infrastructure for scale.
- •Experience in establishing scalable ongoing data practices.
- •Proven capability to elevate reporting capabilities and enable a data-driven culture.
- •Experience managing teams, specifically collaborating closely with an internal Analytics Manager.
- •Ability to report to the SVP of Growth Marketing.
