Job Description
The Associate Director at E3 will lead client-facing interactions and manage medium-to-large sized projects, driving business growth through strategic project leadership and thought development while contributing to reports and presentations. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coach and collaborate with team members and clients.
Responsibilities
- •Spearhead client-facing interactions and lead project approaches for medium-to-large sized projects.
- •Direct workstreams within projects and contribute to written reports and papers.
- •Deliver findings and summaries to customers through presentations and respond to inquiries.
- •Oversee the management of existing tools and lead proposal writing efforts.
Requirements
- •Must be able to work for extended hours in front of a computer screen and conduct meetings on the telephone and virtually.
- •Occasional travel up to 10% to client sites as needed, typically within the United States and/or Canada.
- •Must be able to work from the office at least 2-3 days per week, usually including Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- •Demonstrated ability to support significant business development upon hiring.
- •Strong attention to detail and project management skills to independently create and actualize work plans.
