Job Description
The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at GoodLeap is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of applications and services by designing and implementing automation, monitoring, and incident response processes. This hybrid role combines software and systems engineering, working closely with development and operations teams to enhance infrastructure management and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- •Design and implement automation processes for applications and services
- •Establish monitoring and incident response processes to ensure high service availability
- •Collaborate with development and operations teams to drive best practices in infrastructure management
- •Reduce manual toil and enable continuous improvement in system stability
- •Support DevOps initiatives and improve the health of production environments
Requirements
- •Experience in software engineering and systems engineering to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of applications and services.
- •Proven ability to design and implement automation, monitoring, and incident response processes that support high service availability.
- •Experience working closely with both development and operations teams to drive best practices in infrastructure management.
- •Ability to reduce manual toil and enable continuous improvement in system stability and operational efficiency.
- •Experience supporting DevOps initiatives and improving the overall health of production environments.
