Job Description
The Sales Chief of Staff at Wunder will optimize the efficiency of the sales organization by overseeing pipeline operations, refining targeting strategies, and ensuring effective communication between sales and other departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to engage with clients as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee pipeline operations and refine outbound targeting strategy
- Ensure effective usage of Salesforce and maintain data hygiene
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Transactions, and Customer Success
- Guide and optimize outbound campaigns and prioritize market segments
- Communicate effectively in client-facing situations
Requirements
- You have spent 3 years in Sales, Sales Ops, Sales Strategy, or a similar role where you’ve worked closely with teams to increase effectiveness.
- You have managed CRMs like Salesforce and worked with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.
- You know how to translate messy pipelines into clean data and actionable insights.
- You are located in Boulder or Denver, CO, or are willing to relocate to the Boulder-Denver area.

Salary range: 140,000 - 200,000 base comp per year
Potential to earn up to 30% variable compensation if target metrics are reached
