Job Description
The role involves providing client leadership in the Education Market, focusing on building and maintaining strategic relationships with premier clients while driving business development and project success. The position requires mentoring teams, integrating design services, and achieving financial performance goals.
Responsibilities
- •Provide client leadership and build long-term relationships in the Education Market.
- •Engage in business development activities with new and existing clients.
- •Lead and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality service and innovative design solutions.
- •Develop new net signed fee opportunities and secure repeat business.
- •Collaborate with internal teams to execute creative solutions for clients.
- •Ensure successful implementation of business practices and financial success.
- •Mentor and grow emerging professionals within the firm.
Requirements
- •Must have at least 15 years of experience in the education market with a proven track record of client and team leadership, and business development success.
- •Must have previous experience in client leadership roles that have been connected to an office, market, or region with multiple successful client relationships.
- •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
- •Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
- •Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy is needed.
- •Strong communication and leadership skills.
- •Strong presentation skills.
- •Exceptional client and people leadership skills.
- •Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully is essential.
- •Must be able to demonstrate sound judgement and a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.
- •Ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
- •Some travel required.
