Job Description
The role involves designing and implementing software solutions to enhance marketing tools for utility customer engagement and enrollment, while integrating advertising sales marketing software with core applications. The engineer will support analytics efforts and contribute to team goals through collaboration and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- •Design and implement software solutions for marketing and customer engagement.
- •Drive migration of email management and signup flows to Hubspot.
- •Support analytics team with reporting and logging for data-driven decisions.
- •Expand enrollment opportunities through in-app or rapid signup flows.
- •Contribute to engineering team goals through code reviews and group planning.
- •Resolve technical, operational, and organizational obstacles.
Requirements
- •4 years professional software development experience.
- •Java experience, preferably Java 17.
- •Experience with at least one scripting language, such as Python or Node Javascript.
- •Experience with a modern Frontend framework, preferably React and more specifically React Typescript.
- •Extensive experience with Hubspot concepts including contacts, companies, deals, tickets, engagements, etc., and Hubspot development knowledge of the HubSpot API, the ability to build custom modules and themes, leverage HubL, and an awareness of SEO best practices within the HubSpot platform.
