Job Description
This internship position involves working under the supervision of a Licensed Architect, contributing to the design process using various software, producing architectural documentation, and participating in project team meetings, while gaining hands-on experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Responsibilities
- •Contribute to the design process using various software platforms including REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Sketch-up, and Grasshopper
- •Build physical building models
- •Produce architectural documentation
- •Create graphics materials and images for client presentations
- •Assist in product research
- •Participate in the review of construction phase documentation
- •Attend in-house project team meetings
Requirements
- •Must be enrolled in and working toward a Bachelor or Master s in Architecture.
- •Enrolled in and working toward a Bachelor or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited program preferred.
- •Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- •Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- •Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- •As a condition of employment, all employees are expected to complete mandatory training, including compliance training, within required timeframes and adhere to internal policies and the Code of Conduct.
