Job Description
The Shift Supervisor at Jushi Holdings Inc. is responsible for leading the dispensary team alongside the Dispensary Manager, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team
- Receive deliveries and input inventory data
- Restock product on the floor
- Ensure all product remains in FIFO order
- Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team
Requirements
- The Shift Supervisor will partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team.
- The Shift Supervisor will be primarily responsible for receiving deliveries, inputting inventory data, restocking product on the floor, and ensuring that all product remains in FIFO order.
- The Shift Supervisor should mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team by keeping a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
