Job Description
The Sales Executive at Wunder will be responsible for closing complex sales transactions in the renewable energy sector, focusing on onboarding new clients such as banks and private equity firms to deliver solar and energy storage solutions. This role requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to navigate corporate decision-making structures to drive high-value partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients across various sectors including Banks, REITs, and private equity firms.
- Educate target customers on solar and energy storage solutions.
- Manage complex sales processes and close multi-million dollar deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project execution.
- Track and manage sales metrics to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements
- You have 4 years of experience in sales, brokerage, or business development, personally closing complex transactions.
- You have experience partnering with clients to understand their needs, deliver solutions that meet their unique goals, manage complexity, and accelerate transactions to a close.
- You track your sales metrics religiously.
- You can guide your clients through processes with ease, handle objections, and always remember their favorite restaurants, dog names, and preferred ski runs.
- You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced rapid-growth environment, with people who are passionate about their work and mission.
- You are located in the United States.
- You are comfortable with numbers and can communicate complex financial concepts eloquently.

Salary range: 100,000 - 155,000 base comp per year
