Job Description
The Solution Architect at Insider will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that leverage the company's AI-native platform for Customer Experience and Marketing, helping clients achieve growth and efficiency through personalized experiences.
Responsibilities
- •Design and implement scalable solutions for clients
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
- •Analyze client needs and provide tailored recommendations
- •Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives
- •Lead technical discussions and presentations with stakeholders
Requirements
- •Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- •Strong understanding of AI and its application in Customer Experience and Marketing.
- •Experience with cross-channel campaign management and omnichannel marketing platforms.
- •Ability to connect data across channels and predict future behavior using AI.
- •Demonstrated ability to deliver unique customer experiences and drive profitable growth.
- •Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- •Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- •Willingness to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
