Job Description
The Battery Test Engineer in Unit Cell R&D will collaborate with an international team to research, develop, and verify new unit cell technologies for vanadium flow batteries and other electrochemical devices, utilizing strong engineering principles and testing methodologies.
Responsibilities
- •Research, develop, and verify new unit cell technologies
- •Conduct testing on flow batteries and other electrochemical devices
- •Apply engineering and DOE principles in data analysis
- •Utilize accelerated lifetime test methodologies
- •Present findings effectively with strong communication skills
- •Engage in hands-on work and structured problem solving
Requirements
- •Familiarity with testing requirements from flow batteries or other relevant electrochemical devices such as PEM fuel cells or electrolysers.
- •Solid understanding of engineering and DOE principles.
- •Experience in data analysis and accelerated lifetime test methodologies.
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Hands-on work experience with structured problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
