Job Description

The District Manager will lead a team of Corporate Account Executives in the SLED space, focusing on driving new revenue from prospective and existing customers. This role involves strategic planning, team development, and collaboration with cross-functional departments to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a high-performance sales team focused on selling
  • Design and execute the customer engagement strategy
  • Interview and hire top talent as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Work with sales enablement to implement effective programs for the Inside Sales Team
  • Implement Business Value Selling methodology
  • Manage day-to-day performance of Inside Sales Representatives
  • Maintain reporting and dashboards for a metrics-driven approach
  • Generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives
  • Ensure account managers leverage sales applications effectively
  • Meet predetermined revenue goals through direct reports

Requirements

  • At least two years as an inside sales rep.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front-line inside sales management.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales and performance targets.
  • Experience in smart selection of people able to attract, recruit and retain top talent.
  • Must have a can do attitude and have an internal strong sense of urgency.
  • Sound and proven business and leadership judgment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Able to manage a business unit strategically through thorough planning and organizing.
  • Bachelor degree in business or finance completed or in process.

Annual base salary range: $82,000.00 - $123,500.00
