Job Description
The District Manager will lead a team of Corporate Account Executives in the SLED space, focusing on driving new revenue from prospective and existing customers. This role involves strategic planning, team development, and collaboration with cross-functional departments to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a high-performance sales team focused on selling
- Design and execute the customer engagement strategy
- Interview and hire top talent as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Work with sales enablement to implement effective programs for the Inside Sales Team
- Implement Business Value Selling methodology
- Manage day-to-day performance of Inside Sales Representatives
- Maintain reporting and dashboards for a metrics-driven approach
- Generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives
- Ensure account managers leverage sales applications effectively
- Meet predetermined revenue goals through direct reports
Requirements
- At least two years as an inside sales rep.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front-line inside sales management.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Experience in smart selection of people able to attract, recruit and retain top talent.
- Must have a can do attitude and have an internal strong sense of urgency.
- Sound and proven business and leadership judgment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Able to manage a business unit strategically through thorough planning and organizing.
- Bachelor degree in business or finance completed or in process.

Annual base salary range: $82,000.00 - $123,500.00
