Job Description
The role involves overseeing the development of new product introduction (NPI) bill of materials (BOM), coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability and production efficiency, and resolving development gaps while promoting a culture of customer success and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- •Oversee NPI bill of materials (BOM) development and coordinate with cross-functional team members.
- •Drive efforts to collect BOM inputs and requirements for upload into PLM System.
- •Provide insights to address materials or clear-to-build barriers to NPI development or production.
- •Coordinate with NPI HW product operations managers on BOM ordering, cost improvement, change tracking, and supply optimization.
- •Interface with suppliers and internal teams to resolve NPI development or production gaps.
- •Standardize communication by establishing tools, processes, and reports.
Requirements
- •5 years of materials management, materials program management or new product program management experience.
- •Bachelor's degree in business administration, global supply chain, PMP field or related discipline.
- •Experience with HW BOM, cost, materials CTB, NPI program management.
- •Strong capability of analytics and reporting to the Executive team.
- •Ability to level through various format presentation of task simulations.
- •Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey ideas and solutions to cross-functional teams.
- •Excellent organizational time management skills with passion for risk mitigation and drive towards solutions.
- •Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- •Ability to function well in a high-paced, dynamic and high growth environment.
- •Demonstrated ability to implement programs across a wide range of stakeholder requirements.
