Job Description
The Client Executive at Pure Storage will lead sales strategies and build strong relationships with executive-level clients at Meta and Google, driving revenue growth and mentoring a high-performance sales team. This role requires extensive experience in sales, particularly with hyperscalers, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics to close significant deals.
Responsibilities
- •Lead and inspire a high-performance sales culture to achieve bookings and sales development goals.
- •Provide leadership and oversight to the Pure Storage team aligned to assigned accounts.
- •Conduct data-driven analysis of territory pipeline and forecasting activities.
- •Develop and manage accounts to generate revenue and meet quotas.
- •Establish strong business relationships at the executive level.
- •Lead key sales presentations and provide strategic direction to the sales team.
- •Close large deals with dynamic enterprise customers.
Requirements
- •8 years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization.
- •Advanced skill set and experience working and selling into hyperscalers.
- •Experience running large revenue streams.
- •Experience closing large, single deals with large, dynamic Enterprise customers.
- •In-depth technical knowledge of Pure's portfolio with the ability to take a holistic approach to create business solutions for customers.
- •Ability to create a business case justifying a desired investment with the results and revenue it will drive, utilizing both data and elevated level of business acumen.
- •Credibility, savvy and influence to both understand and scale up and down a customer's organization.
- •Proven success at effectively alternating between player and coach to drive results.
- •Ability to establish strong business relationships at the executive level.
- •Ability to lead key sales presentations and provide strategic direction to the sales team.
