Job Description
The Head of Support Enablement at Samsara will lead the Learning Development strategy for the global support organization, overseeing a team responsible for training and equipping support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role involves scaling enablement programs, driving continuous improvement in learning operations, and fostering a culture of ongoing development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new Support Engineers.
- Scale global support enablement operations, including onboarding and continuous learning.
- Lead the enablement team to deliver training programs across various support teams.
- Drive innovation in learning systems and integrate AI into the learning lifecycle.
- Design and manage technical and non-technical training content in collaboration with other teams.
- Measure the effectiveness and ROI of onboarding and training programs.
- Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles within the team.
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive and high-performing team.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Learning Development.
- 5 years of experience managing and developing teams.
- Proven success in building and leading global support enablement programs.
- Strong organizational leadership abilities, including clear communication, influencing skills, and fostering collaboration.
- Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating technical training, especially for remote teams.
- Proactive approach with a strategic mindset and commitment to high standards.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, presentation design, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to travel to Mexico City 10% of the time.
