Job Description
The role involves leading a team of Subject Matter Experts to analyze customer business needs and deliver tailored proposals that align Pure Storage's capabilities with client objectives, focusing on research, data insights, and impactful documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a developing team of SMEs in research, data insights, and analysis.
- Collaborate with Account AEs, SEs, Finance, and Value Management Team to align insights with customer objectives.
- Identify key differentiators and value drivers to enhance proposals and write content for value propositions and Executive Summaries.
- Consolidate customer, technical, and financial details into insights for stakeholders.
- Equip Account AEs and SEs with tailored business cases and value propositions.
Requirements
- You will have worked at a large consulting firm and preferably also a technology vendor in a pre sales Research, Analyst or BI role.
- 5-7 years of experience in working with primary and secondary research.
- 10 years of line-management leadership experience leading and building teams, driving innovation, quality control and continuous improvement projects.
- Proven financial experience - working with IT Spend and business cases.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, research techniques sources such as blogs, Hoovers, Ovum, Factiva, Gartner, Forrester etc.
- Ability to write detailed content - summarising customer content, value and insights in Executive language.
- Proven ability to analyze complex planning and preparation of an executable plan with the customer and internally.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially sales engineers and account teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value.
- Familiarity with tools to enhance, automate and simplify the process of delivering outstanding differentiated data insights.
