Job Description
The Returns Specialist will manage the Pick-Up Request process and ensure efficient execution of customer returns, utilizing ERP systems like SAP and NetSuite. This role involves coordinating with logistics partners, processing return orders, and improving return processes to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Pick-Up Request PUR process for customer returns.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, customers, and internal teams for return shipments.
- Manage return packaging stock and shipments.
- Process return orders in SAP, NetSuite, and SFDC.
- Monitor and update return statuses across ERP, CRM, and CM operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to return requests.
- Maintain positive communications to resolve return-related issues.
- Foster partnerships with Sales, Sales Operations, and Logistics for return processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for returns.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Generate and analyze reports on return trends and operational performance.
- Manage inventory accuracy across systems of record.
- Maintain communication with 3rd party vendors and freight carriers.
Requirements
- 2 years order administration, reverse logistics or sales operations or related business experience.
- Strong understanding of reverse logistics and customer return processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems SAP and NetSuite.
- Experience working with CRM platforms Salesforce (SFDC).
- Experience working in Excel, G-Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides), and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to execute, adapt, prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment at a high growth company.
- Motivated to work with a global team as well as independently.
