Job Description
The Partner Accounts Manager at Pure Storage is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing relationships with Reseller and Distributor partners in Indonesia, while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and maximize sales potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and manage business relationships with Reseller and Distributor partners in Indonesia.
- Create strategies to maximize sell-through of Pure products within the channel.
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing partners.
- Drive partner sales and total partnership potential through training and support.
- Manage sales orders and provide status updates to partners and managers.
- Communicate with partners regarding new product offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive programs and events for new prospects.
- Conduct contract negotiations and execute partner sales plans.
- Stay informed about competition and industry trends.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels in Indonesia.
- BA degree in business, marketing or software engineering.
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.
- Passion for post-sales customer success.
- Knowledge of the storage industry specifically Fibre Channel, NFS, and Enterprise Storage architectures.
- Native Bilingual Bahasa Indonesian and professional English proficiency.
