Job Description
The job involves designing and implementing automated development frameworks and CI/CD pipelines while leading innovation in the data storage industry. Candidates will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and tackle complex problems in a dynamic tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated development frameworks, CI CD pipelines, and scalable observability infrastructure
- Own and deliver innovation end-to-end, from concept to shipped product
- Analyze and solve challenging problems through persistence and insight
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
- Mentor and develop engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth
Requirements
- 15 years experience using Python, Go, C, C++, or related programming languages.
- Deep understanding and multi-year technical leadership experience and problem-solving skills in scaling infrastructure, building tools, microservices, and improving pipeline performance.
- Ability to foster collaboration across software and hardware teams to enhance developer efficiency.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with teams in Bangalore, Prague, and Santa Clara HQ.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
- A BS degree in Computer Science.
- Must be willing and able to work in an open office environment.
