Job Description
The role involves leading the development and execution of a Global Executive Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program, aimed at enhancing engagement with C-level customers and aligning their insights with the company's strategic direction. The position requires strategic thinking, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to foster high-level customer relationships in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own the Global CAB strategy
- Build a scalable executive advisory board framework
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and C-suite for executive engagement
- Own all aspects of CAB planning and execution
- Capture and synthesize strategic insights from CAB members
- Deliver high-touch experiences for executive customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive participation and impact
- Define KPIs and success metrics for CABs and report on program health
Requirements
- 7 years in customer marketing, executive programs, or B2B customer engagement roles ideally in enterprise technology.
- Proven experience designing and scaling executive CABs or high-touch customer programs.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to engage with C-level audiences.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and attention to detail.
- Experience with customer advocacy platforms, virtual event tools, and CRM systems.

Annual base salary range: California $176,000 - $265,000, North Carolina $141,000 - $212,000
