Job Description
The Engineering Manager at Samsara will lead teams in developing features for IoT-based solutions that enhance the safety and efficiency of vehicle fleets. This role involves hiring and developing talent, defining project plans, and collaborating on next-generation technology within a remote work environment.

- Collaborate with senior engineers to drive technical strategy
- Set quarterly goals and balance product engineering priorities
- Drive planning and execution on the roadmap

Requirements
- 8 years of relevant software engineering work experience
- 3 years of hands-on technical management experience
- Experience building scalable, mission-critical SaaS applications
- Experience operating, maintaining, and improving upon large scale application services
- Strong interpersonal communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing and ability to work well in a diverse, team-focused environment
- Strong track record of delivering products and features that customers love
- Proven record of attracting top-talent and coaching the team
- You speak English proficiently
