Job Description
The Core Account Executive at Samsara will engage with large enterprise customers to modernize their operations through the adoption of IoT technology, focusing on building relationships, managing complex sales processes, and driving significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- •Develop Executive-Level relationships within strategic, named accounts
- •Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
- •Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns
- •Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles
- •Focus on Customer Success and build for the long term
Requirements
- •5 years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
- •Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and 100k ARR transactions
- •Experience handling and owning enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships
- •Willing and comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting
- •Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- •Willing and comfortable traveling to meet customers on a monthly basis
- •Ability to develop Executive-Level relationships within strategic, named accounts
- •Ownership of customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
- •Demonstration of excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns
- •Championing, role modeling, and embedding Samsara’s cultural principles
